You are legally entitled to a 7-day cooling off period. If you change your mind about your purchase you have 7 days after you have received the goods in which to inform us of the cancellation in writing (via email to info@fragrantveil.com). Goods must be returned to us unused and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. The price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded to your credit/debit card once we have received the goods.
